The first thing that came to my mind about the training the memory of an activity that made me realize how much I needed to learn, when I thought I knew a lot.
The training for me had a lot of things to learn from, not only about teaching English or another language, but also teaching and/or learning anything. And, not only about teaching, but about social interaction and management of ideas, emotions and behaviours, through the many activities we did. This was probably intended for the students, but it worked on me too, and probably on other mates. For me the key moments, in a general way, were mostly the activities we did, the teaching practice, the explanation of the rules to the "students", since they allowed us to integrate and put to practice the things we had studied so far.
